How long is the CCM training? What does it consist of?
The CCM Training is delivered over 18 weeks. It’s a nine-module online training program. Module 1 is available upon purchase. Every other week a new module is released where “Chancellor Mike,” or our top “Professors,” will teach the curriculum. And then every other week is Office Hours with the “Professors” from 1:00-3:00pm PST. We also have some Live Virtual Events sprinkled in and a big LIVE Training and Graduation Event at the completion of the course. Everything will be archived for viewing in case you need to “skip” class or want to go back and review items.
How often are the modules released?
New modules are released every two weeks.
How many videos are there in the program?
There are three big training videos per module, and supplemental explanation and documentation videos when needed.
How do I know how long a video is?
If you hover over the video with your mouse, a timeline should pop up along the bottom.
Are transcripts available for the videos?
Transcriptions are available for training videos.
What if I fall behind?
This is a self-paced course. If you need to take a break, the materials will all be here when you come back. However, we encourage you to stay on track with our curriculum to get the maximum out of the program.
Am I going to be able to come back to video at a later date as a reference?
Absolutely. All the videos are stored inside your membership portal for reference.
Is this course available in any other languages?
At this time the course is only available in English.
Will I be able to do this if I’m “tech-challenged”?
Yes. Cross-Channel Mojo is an easy-to-use system. The software is all “wizard” driven – so all you have to do is fill in the blanks. We have great mentors a.k.a “professors” to help you along the way. Plus, we have tons of training videos and guides to walk you through the program.
Can I purchase specific modules, and not others?
No. Cross-Channel MOJO is a total-package system. Each module leads to the next. It is a complete program and we do not sell pieces “ala carte.”
Can I get the contact information of Mike or the Professors?
We aren’t allowed to give out our instructor’s personal information. When you invest in Cross-Channel Mojo, you will of course have access to our Professors during their office hours and through our community and forums.
How much time does Cross-Channel MOJO take each week?
This is a program that will only take you a few hours per week. If you need to skip a class, we archive everything so that you can go back at your leisure.
Can I get a recording of the Live Webcasts?
Yes absolutely IF you decide to join Mojo U. All the livecast recordings will be found inside your Membership training area.
Do I need to install any technology for the program or virtual events?
No. All of our live teaching and virtual events will use standard web video technologies that run on pretty much any modern PC or Mac. Some, smaller, third-party tools will need to be installed, but they are always free and we will provide installation directions.
Can I use this program to promote and market more than one product or business?
Yes. This is cutting-edge knowledge that be used for ANY product, business or service. You can use it for as many companies or products as you like, charge what you want for the services and keep all the money.
In the video series, Mike mentioned the three different paths. What does this mean? By what date do I need to decide my major?
All three paths will be examined during every teaching session. If we have specific sessions for specific paths we’ll let you know way ahead of time. These will be purely optional – but accessible to all who invest in the program. Your choosing a major comes at the final exam.
Mike mentioned a bunch of bonuses. Are they in the program I’m buying today?
Yes, all of the bonuses will be in your Mojo U portal, along with Module 1. The only thing that will not be in the portal is the full class curriculum. That is being released every other week.

What if I need help after I order the program? What kind of support do you offer?
We offer support in several different ways. We give you unlimited access to the training modules in the system and access to bi-weekly “Office Hours” with the Professors every other Wednesday. This is when you can call in and get your questions answered.

For Technical support and billing you can reach us by email or by submitting a support ticket. If you would like help putting your ideas into practice, you can hire a certified coach to assist you directly from our Certified Professionals. Are there ongoing fees? How much after the year is over?
There are no repeat fees. You get access to all the training materials and modules for life. You also receive a free subscription to Instant Customer Gold for 90 days. Once the 90-day introductory period is over, you have the option of changing your subscription tier or cancelling your subscription to Instant Customer. When are the virtual events? How much does it cost?
Virtual events are included with your tuition cost.

I cannot attend the Virtual Event. When will the content be available in the portal?
We often have the HD recordings of the event posted within 24 hours, but give us two weeks to fix any possible bugs.
When is LIVE event? How much does it cost? Where is it?
The Live event is Fri-Sun, May 11-13 in San Diego. Friday is a half-day with networking party that night. Saturday and Sunday run from 9am to about 6pm each day.
When you purchase CCM you receive 2 free tickets to the event. In order to secure your spot we ask that you leave a fully refundable seat deposit of $97 per person. The event will take place at our favorite place in San Diego—The Marriott Marquis. Located 5 minutes from the airport in downtown San Diego in the Gaslamp district. If you would like to purchase additional tickets outside of the 2 that come with the program you bought they are $497
What if I can’t make the LIVE Virtual Event or LIVE San Diego Training and Graduation Dates?
No problem. We professionally film everything we do and have it archived and available for you in the your Mojo U portal area.
I cannot attend the Live Event, can I send 1 or 2 people in my place?
Yes, you may send someone. If you book the ticket then we’ll know that this is for your training and then you can let us know the names of the attendee(s).
What if I can’t make the Virtual event times or the LIVE event?
No problem! We always record all of our events and will make it available to you in the portal.
I don’t want to buy this program, I just want to buy a ticket for the event. Is that allowed?
No, Not at this time. If we have any available seats at the event we will notify you by email and make arrangements to sell tickets. However, ticket prices are usually the same as the entire product.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. By allowing you to spread out your payments for three months, you’ll pay just $737/month.

What happens after I purchase the system? What are the next steps?
You will receive a welcome email from us with your Mojo U login details. From there, login to the portal where you can access Module 1, the Library, Mike’s 9 Commandments, all of the bonus items as well as begin using Instant Customer. Inside the portal you will also find the syllabus. This lays out all of your curriculum and the dates when everything is happening.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. We want you to start using Cross-Channel Mojo, dive into the videos, templates, PDFs, guides and services.
